Pushup.

Questions about pushup.fitness

A pushup tracker that runs in your browser. Use it for free — sign up without a password, log a set, and invite your friends to join.

Is pushup.fitness free?

Yes. It is free to use, with no ads and no trial that expires. It is a privately run, non-commercial hobby project rather than a business. Optional paid extras may be added alongside the free service at some point, and the terms can change in future — but nothing is ever charged without your explicit agreement.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It is a website. Open pushup.fitness in whatever browser you already use, on a phone, tablet or computer, and it works. There is no app store download, no APK and no desktop installer. If you want it to feel like an app, add it to your home screen from the browser menu.

Do I need to create a password?

No. You enter an email address and a six-digit code arrives in your inbox. Type the code and you are in. There is no password to invent, store or forget.

Can I compete with friends?

That is the point of it. Create a team, share the invite link, and everyone who joins appears on one shared leaderboard with their weekly totals, ranked. It works well for a daily pushup challenge between friends, an office competition, or a gym-buddy rivalry that would otherwise live in a group chat full of screenshots.

Can a team work toward a goal together instead of competing?

Yes, and a team can do both at the same time. Set one goal for the whole group — 10,000 reps by the end of the month, say — and every rep anybody logs counts toward the same target. A contribution bar shows who put in what, so you can see the team's progress as one number and still see who is carrying it. It means a bad week for one person is covered by a good week from someone else, which is a very different kind of motivation from a leaderboard.

What exactly does it track?

Is it only for pushups?

Pushups are what it is built around, and what it counts by default. If you are after a general-purpose gym log with barbell lifts and rest timers, this is not that — it does one movement and tries to make the counting effortless.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both, and on desktop. It is the same website everywhere and your log follows your account, so you can tap in a set on your phone and look at the chart on a laptop later.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes, in both of the app's looks: a classic theme and a paper-logbook theme with hand-drawn tally marks. You can switch between them whenever you like.

What data do you store?

The sets you log, the teams you join, and your email address for signing in. Nothing is sold and there are no advertising trackers. The privacy policy spells it out, and you can delete your account and its data from your profile at any time.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from the profile page, without emailing anyone to ask. It removes your logs along with the account.
